The contribution of John Moss to the sport of curling has been primarily in the area of junior curling and development. From 1979 to 1984 John was the Pepsi Junior representative from the Yukon/Northwest Territories. He also coached Yellowknife junior men’s teams to the Pepsi Juniors on seven occasions and acted as the Curl Canada coordinator from the Northwest Territories for 11 years. John has participated in Seniors curling for many years and represented Yukon/Northwest Territories at the Canadian senior men’s championship on four occasions.
